Kat + Matt | A Small Wedding in San Diego, CA

When Kat called me to document her wedding, it was February 2020. She was planning a small wedding at the park and was really excited for it to take place.  However, the world had other plans.  In March, the pandemic brought weddings and events to a halt.  Kat and Matt were devastated that they could not have their wedding and they postponed their event.  

The months passed and finally, small events were allowed to occur.  It was during this time, that Kat found the Rose Creek Cottage.  I had never been to this location before and I was so surprised to find a cute little wedding chapel with a little courtyard in the heart of San Diego. I think the quaintness of the venue added to the ambiance of this special day.  

Anyway, in September, Matt and Kat were finally able to tie the knot at the Rose Creek Cottage. It was a beautiful sunny day and everything turned out beautifully.
