One common question I get is, “How will you photograph me?”

I want to take photos of you that you’ll absolutely love. To accomplish this, it all starts in the Design Consultation. During the consultation, we’ll style your looks based upon the type of portraiture you want. You might prefer rich and moody or lighthearted and fun. They might be vibrant and bold or sensual, athletic, and triumphant. Through it all, I’m looking to capture your poise and prowess in its own unique form. Together, we’ll make it as subtle, as artistic, as seductive, as playful, as powerful, as classic as you choose.

We’ll discuss what looks you’re after, and the types of art you’d like to own. I’ll explain some of the ways to achieve your desire, using skills and experience gained from years in the profession. I’ll also provide some helpful tools to prepare you to look your best. We’ll get to know one another. We will chart a course for your session to ensure you receive artwork to cherish for generations.”

On the day of your shoot, you’ll start by being pampered by our professional hair and makeup team. This will help you look and feel your most confident. Then, I’ll guide you through a series of looks and poses as we laugh and listen to music. Heck, we may even have a little dance party, and the lens will capture you in all your glory. A couple of weeks after the photoshoot, we’ll review the images together so you can choose which ones you simply must have.

I profoundly enjoy the moment when you first view your portraits. When I see the bright flash in your eyes, it’s both inspirational and transformative.
