Sage Organic Marketing, LLC is a woman owned social media company located in San Diego. The owner, Devon, is a vivacious and driven businesswoman who knew early on that she wanted to help others build their business through social media. Many young companies either don’t realize how important having a strong social media presence is or they don’t know how to go about creating that presence. Devon chose me to do her personal branding photoshoot. I felt thrilled to collaborate with a friendly and kind soul who genuinely wants all her clients to be social media rockstars. When we met to discuss her goals and how she wanted to be seen in her photos, we instantly clicked and I felt as though I were talking to friend rather than a client.

I was curious about her success and asked her a few questions regarding her business. First, I wanted to know about her service and what sets Sage Organic Marketing apart from her competitors. She told met that she offers social media management, trainings, presentations, and website design. For businesses that are don’t yet have a marketing department, this is huge! I try my best to educate myself on a regular bases to understand all aspects of platforms.” Having someone so knowledgeable about their industry and staying on top of the ever changing landscape is such a bonus.

Finally, I asked Devon about her company’s name. She said that she loves the color green and that Sage is also her middle name. However, Sage is also a someone who has profound wisdom and sound judgment. In superhero movies, the sage is the person that guides the hero to their destiny. To me, Devon is a social media sage. Her competence and depth of knowledge sets her apart from others and makes her truly unique.
